    Beware of construction and rude manager

    No one told us parking was under construction and that there was loud machinery and lots of dust. Construction starts at 7:00am so forget about resting. Manager was rude and unreasonable and refused to give us a refund even though we only stayed for 5 minutes. Cleanliness is not the best.

    I am a frequent guest at this property, and it never ceases to impress. Even with construction currently taking place adjacent to the hotel, the interior remains a sanctuary—clean, quiet, and excellently maintained. The real stars here are Neil, Ralph, and Tess. Their commitment to customer service is unmatched; whenever a minor issue arises, they address it with impressive speed and professionalism. Plus, you can't beat the location with so many great dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay!     Nice large rooms, recent renovation. Hard to find the driveway during construction of two restaurants out front. Google maps tries to take you in from an apartment complex on the Southwest side. The actual temporary entrance is on the Northeast corner. Permanent entrance will be on the East side when construction is done. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee, cereal, yogurt, or waffles. Juice machine out of order. Parking lot needs to be refinished, probably waiting for construction out front to be completed.     I personally and with all my heart have never been treated so kindly and respectful and I have traveled all over the world!! Cheers to a great company and manager and I know I will be back to a more beautiful facility after construction is done!! Well done my friends!
