    Clean, spacious and comfortable room, honest breakfast included in the (fair) price, good location, kind crew, free parking, location 10min. drive from CBX. Just no EV chargers, which was not helpful. Hopefully the management will install a few soon.

    my girlfriend is native,beautiful,and doing chemotherapy. the cleaners they use are very strong smelling,but not strong enough,evidentially,to kill the roaches,but smell enough to effect my girl,and start to make her very sick. she combatted it with some sage spray,that she makes herself. it was a big improvement,and she didnt ask me to leave the hotel. however,after wed left, staff,obviously,said the sage was us smoking in the room. I e mailed a few times to explain what had taken place,sage spray,and not us smoking.we have enough expenses,too many to take a 50.00 bill and challenge it against smoking in the room. to date,no response,reply,or acknowledgment of my writing and calling.thats crap when a representative of a business doesn't reply to a concern of a customer.they took my 50.00 and won't talk to mē

    The place was dirty someone had smoked in my room I was too tired to worry about it woke up sick for three days No effort was made to compensate meThe accommodations were typical third world class.I won’t be going back there again I wish it were different.

    We stayed here first 2 nights without any issues. They took 100.00 deposit never returned it. On the third day was told we had to leave because the dog we had was not a service dog. When in fact she is. She turned around and said u can stay, charged my card for the 3 rd night. Then called and said we can’t stay we have to leave. I asked for my money back she refused. Called bank they gave me my money back. Then I was charged again just this week 145. And some change. For what reason I have no idea. We do not recommend staying here. The Jacuzzi doesn’t work. Breakfast was horrible. Employee at front desk was rude

    We booked this hotel in order to stay close to TJ airport since we had an early flight. We arrived and had to pay an extra $20 because we were traveling with our son. The room had an awful smell of old dirty carpet, there was a stain in the sheets that looked like blood. Definitely, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the rates they charge.
