    My experience was terrible. There is no hot water for showers. The floors were dirty. The bed was squeaky. The air-conditioning was super old and musky. I would definitely not stay here again.     It's an okay place to sleep.

    I stayed here because it is close to some relatives I was visiting. I wasn't too picky because I didn't plan to be spending much time in the room. The electric outlets near the bed didn't work so I had to charge my devices in the bathroom. Desk manager looked at them but couldn't do anything about it. TV had no remote but the desk manager brought one and programmed it. After he left I learned that the sound on the TV didn't work. It was so distorted that I couldn't understand anything. I took a video but can't upload it. It didn't really matter because the available channels were so full of commercials that I didn't want to watch anything anyway. The office is in a separate building so you need to walk across the parking lot to get ice, eat, etc. Breakfast was very basic with cold cereal, muffins, Dannon yogurt cups, coffee and juice, apples (only fruit), and waffles. Coming late means you might not get some of these items. The plastic cutlery was too flimsy to cut the waffles so I didn't bother. Breakfast stopped at 9:00 on the dot.My room was quiet, except for the AC, but I didn't mind the white noise. In room coffee was nice. So was the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash that was available in wall mounted dispensers. Shower was big with grab bars; water was hot but pressure was not too high. The sink lacked a drain plug, so I had to stuff a wash cloth in it to shave. The plastic laminate floor could have been cleaned, as I got dirt on my feet after showering. Someone left footprints on the wall. Pillows were all like the size of throw pillows. Wi-Fi was a nice convenience.I didn't use the pool and was unaware of any other amenities. All in all, a lackluster place, but I didn't have to spend much time there.     Quiet place, clean, convenient area with food and stores nearby. Nice small pool had a grill which was a huge plus! Smart tv’s with Netflix prime video tubi etc. beds are okay Decent parking lotCheck in was a breeze although the check in guy was kinda rude and watched us like a hawk whenever we came out of our room for ice or to use the pool made me feel a lil offended but not bad enough for me not enjoy the property would definitely recommend Karan M, General Manager at Ramada by Wyndham San Diego Poway Miramar, responded to this review Thank you for the great feedback and perfect rating!     BEWARE: THIS LOCATION WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITH NO NOTICE

    I bought a room here through a third party website for last Saturday. This hotel was out of my way, but decided to book due to the price. My wife and I had a long day of traveling and couldn't arrive until around 10PM. Once we arrived, the worker said that they were sold out, even after showing my reservation. The worker didn't even seem willing to find a solution or explain why it was allegedly canceled one hour before I arrived, at 9PM. The worker said if I would have arrived between my check-in time of 3pm until 9pm, the time they canceled my reservation, I would have had a room. Which doesn't make sense because I had already paid for the room. I never received a cancelation notice, and neither did the third party website receive one. They said they couldn't notify me of the cancelation because they didn't have my contact info. However, the third party website indicated that they should have had my contact info. Since we went out of our way to come here and room being canceled, we began calling all nearby hotels. However, everyone was completely full. So my wife and I went from planning to stay at this Ramada hotel to having to sleep in the car. My wife and I travel frequently and never had this issue, especially when using a third party website. Will make sure to avoid any Wyndham hotels.
