English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Exceptional Stay

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton San Diego and honestly could not have been happier with our experience. I work in the hotel industry myself, so I tend to notice the little things when it comes to cleanliness, service, and the overall guest experience and I genuinely could not find a flaw during our stay.Our room was absolutely spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the entire property was just as impressive. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, perfectly maintained landscaping and so many lovely outdoor spaces. It was clear that the team takes a lot of pride in maintaining the property.The hospitality from the staff was also excellent. The people who checked us in were friendly and welcoming, and every housekeeper we passed in the hallways was smiling and acknowledged us. Those little interactions really stood out and made the entire property feel warm and welcoming. One small interaction that especially stood out was with one of the valet drivers. I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but when we arrived in an Uber, he came over and opened the door for me as I was getting out. It was such a simple gesture, but those little details really make you feel taken care of.I also want to recognize Marc, who assisted us with our reservation. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and very easy to work with. He made the entire reservation process seamless and was always quick to answer any questions we had.As someone who works in the industry, I know what goes into creating a great hotel experience, and I was genuinely impressed by this property and the team. From the spotless room and beautiful grounds to the thoughtful service, everything was extremely well done. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return to the Sheraton San Diego!

I stayed in your property this past weekend!!You’re hostess Bernard!! Is the best!!!! Very accommodating!! ! Very cheery! I had tickets to the Padres game!! Bernard!! Is a die hard padres fan!! He helped me save me money. By suggesting to take an Uber to the nearest trolley station and it dropped me off right in front of Petco Park!!!! Thank you Bernard!!! For taking care of us. ! Business Sales Team Fumble.

So disappointed by the sales team here. I called at 10AM in the morning to inquire about blocking off 7 rooms for some business team members that were flying in for a meeting for 2 days. When I looked online there were plenty of rooms available on multiple websites. I gave the local hotel sales rep my info and he said someone would call me back. I waited until 2pm and nobody had called me back, I originally told him it was urgent and wanted to book today. So I called them a 2nd time only to learn that were now no rooms available. It would have been nice if he gave me some sort of heads up that they hotel was about to book out? I was ready to book the rooms when I called him at 10AM but he suggested I wait for a call back. Thanks for nothing, would not recommend dealing with their sales team trying to book multiple rooms. Don't think they have their act together, or really care. Sheraton Hotel Bellman Jesus

I am a Marriott Platinum member. I've stayed at many Marriot's over the years. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very nice. They provided an upgraded room. We were tired from traveling all day and went up to the 7th floor with our bellman, Jesus. He was extremely friendly. When we got to the room, it had 2 queen beds. I had specifically reserved a king bed. Our bellman, Jesus, offered to go down to the front desk and make it right. We waited for about 10 minutes, and he got the job done. We got a renovated room with a king bed. Jesus also got the front desk to waive the resort fees and possibly the parking fees. Jesus is a total professional and deserves recognition for how he handled this situation. We actually requested to have him come back when we check out! Not what I expexted

Upon check in, when I gave them my Tripadvisor confirmation, the concierge had to go speak with a manager. She came back and although I had booked a king room with Bayview and patio, I was told that the only one available was on the third floor (which is actually the second floor of 12… as there is no actual second floor) and it was right next to right the elevator. Unfortunately, the bay view was obstructed by the side of the building. Furniture was worn. I ordered dinner and breakfast through room service. The food quality for dinner was very disappointing (burger and a beet salad), and I could not purchase a diet soda without walking to the Marina hotel building, which I would not do by myself after dark. I definitely felt like a second class citizen having booked through a third-party. And I will not use the Tower hotel building again as there are not nearly enough easily accessible amenities.
