  They should only do cash deposits to eliminate charging your card excessively or not returning your deposit within a reasonable time. It has been five business days and no return deposit.

  It was easy to check in. the room was close to a parking spot the room was clean and check out was just as easy. it was a good experience and i have no complaints.   Reservation beware if you have kids this might not be the place for you as there is guests standing outside their rooms smoking cannabis. The rooms for a non-smoking room smell as if someone just smoked in there. The parking is ok if you get there early not enough parking space and don't get me started on the 20–30-minute check in wait to get to my room. This is not a family friendly place unless you are staying a night, but the location is great if you don't mind the issues mentioned.   We stayed one night at this hotel as we had a business meeting scheduled the following day and had an uncomfortable experience. When my wife and I went to sleep we found blood stains on the sheets near our heads which we found to be quite gross. Then while we slept someone was heard walking down the hallway knocking on guest room windows around 4 am as well as ours which was a little scary. The other problem is that we could hear the cleaning carts rolling down the hallways as they were wood floors and annoying very early in the morning.   Very friendly and helpful, I made the poor choice of using the best (worst) western next door. They strong arm you into buying their cafe food by not providing a microwave anywhere on property, when I walked over to super 8 they microwaved my food with a smile.
