Location

Nestled within San Diego's telecoms and biotech corridor, the hotel is a short drive from Sea World, La Jolla, Lego Land and the North County beach communities. Next door there is a shopping centre complete with over 15 restaurants, including Thai, Greek, Mexican, Sushi and Indian cuisine, BevMo drinks market, UPS Store and a fresh and easy supermarket.

Facility

Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available.     The hotel was great. Clean, attentive and helpful staffs, awesome views, and strategically located between downtown SD and the suburban areas. Had a great time.     Convenient location but it's location is a getting rundown

    Location is what makes this place great. It's close to Balboa Park and Downtown. They're withing 15 to 20 minutes walk. Mass transit is also nearby. We used it to get around. However, the location is getting rundown. That's too sad. It's kinda like SF. We walked to Balboa Park daily. Walked to Little Italy and Gaslamp. The Petco Park is walkable too. You can also take the bus or trolley. We did use the trolley to go to Old Town. Very good mass transit. BTW, the restaurants and local cuisine are delicious. All of the restaurants we dined at were excellent. Hopefully, it doesn't get to rundown, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend staying there.     This hotel is in a perfect location to do most of the activities we wanted within a 5 min. drive.. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. The toilet is extremely low to the ground and we had to ask for a toilet riser, which they provided. The unit was adequate in size and the bed and even the pull out bed was quite comfortable.
