  Upon check-in, I was offered an upgrade. I often stay at Best Western for quarterly meetings I attend. I was excited thinking about how nice my room usually is at the Best Western where I regularly stay.Once I stepped into the hallway of the hotel, my excitement quickly faded. There were black boot prints all over the carpet in the hallway, the granite threshold to my room was cracked, there was a nasty smell, and what greeted me when I opened my room door or stained curtains. From there, I noticed the lid on the back of the toilet was cracked in half glued back together. My room door did not close on its own like hotel doors usually do. I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out if I could leave and go to another hotel, but ultimately decided that given how late it was, I would just stay. I had the creeps the entire time I was there and would never stay there again. If that dilapidated room was an upgrade, I can’t imagine what a regular room would’ve been like. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

  Person checking us in had a difficult time focusing. No hair dryer in room. Noisy. Heard doors slamming all night. Free breakfast was pointless. Coffee lukewarm and very weak. Staff was not helpful when alerted to issues. Poor value and not able to sleep

  What a dump! This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. The first room they put us in had a white folded kitchen trash bag taped over the toilet tank because the top cover was missing. The air conditioner did not work. When we asked to be moved, they graciously moved us to the room next door that also did not have a working air conditioner. The bathroom shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. Our room was not serviced so they did not see the flooding or the sopping wet towels on the floor used to soak up the water on the floor. When we returned to our room and found the mess untouched, we again went to the front desk and were told there was no cleaning crew available to service the room but they could give us additional towels to clean up the mess ourselves. I could not get out of this VERY substandard hotel fast enough. After much discussion with the front desk person who could not make a decision on her own, called the General Manager who agreed to just charge us for the one nightmarish night we stayed there. They would not produce a receipt for me or give me anything in writing stating that I would not be charged for the other nights we had reserved.We went to the hotel next door where the rooms were clean, service was fabulous and the rooms were serviced every day.

  I live in New Jersey and I needed a room for a couple nites to attend my son's college graduation. I would definitely come back here when I come back to visit.

  Also enjoy staying here. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast is always well stocked even on the weekends. It’s in a good location just wish there was some dinner options within walking distance. Internet works well.
