    It was my second time staying at this hotel. This place is my favorite place to stay in SF because it is located near my favorite spot in the city- Ferry Building ,SFMOMA, Chinatown, and North Beach. Also, it is the best dog friendly hotel with no additional charge for my toy poodle. Just like my first visit, Liz welcomed and helped me to check in. She was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I am planning to go back to SF and will stay at this hotel again!

    Excellent location in financial district, very quite. Very walkable, safe area. Clean bed and bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Free water is offered.

    This is probably the worst hotel in SF. The bed was not comfortable and we could hear it every time someone flushed a toilet from another room from our bed. Closing the bathroom door made it a little better but still. The TV didn’t work because some other guest had unplugged the HDMI cable. I learned later that’s how you have to watch one of your streaming channels. By apparently using your own HDMI hooked up to your phone? Which maybe explains why all of the cords for the television were hanging below the tv. Also the bathroom shelf was unusable because it was barely connected to the wall and after closing the bathroom door there was still a two inch gap because who needs privacy in a bathroom? I would have to say the best part of this hotel is that it was only like $380 for one night.
