  I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I found it to be comfortable and in a very convenient location. They are close to the airport and have 24 hour staffed reception which was great as my plane was delayed and I arrived quite late at night. The staff I met were friendly and professional. The room was nice and had a comfortable bed. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport which I used to access the Bart Metro train to get into the city. They also provide free luggage storage which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.   Lots of wrong information from owners trying to save money at your expense

  Their website had incorrect information about when their airport shuttle is available. I arrived at SFO and went to their shuttle stop and waited. And waited. I then called them and got an AI agent named "Jolene" who also said the shuttle was running between 6-7 PM. THEIR SHUTTLE IS NOT AVAILABLE THEN. I could have got a free ride from my cousin. Instead had to take an Uber and waste over an hour, which made me very late for dinner with friends. I wrote them a letter and they ignored me.   1st room: toilet didn’t work properly ie it did not flush and tank didn’t refill. 2nd room: tv did not work and shower water only got warm, not hot.3rd room: carpet outside bathroom is soaking wet and there’s water in the closet door track, but at least the tv works.I’m only staying 2 nights and this is the first time I’ve ever had to change rooms at all let alone twice.This hotel is old, run down, worn out, and dated. It needs a complete remodel or just demo it and build a new one. Employees are nice and helpful though!   After checked in hotel found out elevator, hall way, outside room corridors look outdated very old and lack proper maintenance. Cannot sleep at night due to very loud noisy from outside. Will not book this hotel again.   No Hot Water, Needs an Update

  Stayed here because it’s convenient to SFO airport, we had an early flight. This property needs to be updated. The hot water was nonexistent, luke warm at best. The curtains are filthy. The restaurant is bare bones pub food. I’ll be looking for another hotel.
