The hotel is conveniently located in Brisbane, California, approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the centre, and directly off the Route 101 motorway. The hotel’s location provides guests with easy access into the commercial centre of San Francisco, which is roughly 30 minutes’ drive away, and to San Francisco International Airport, which is located approximately 9 km away.

Facility

7 suites, 116 single rooms and 87 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at the DoubleTree, Driza. Tonight she was working the front desk completely on her own while handling at least 10 separate parties in line, and honestly, she handled it better than most teams of multiple people could.What could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating situation for guests was the complete opposite because of her professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude. She moved through the line quickly while still making every guest feel acknowledged and taken care of. Even under pressure, she remained calm, friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming.In today’s world, exceptional customer service truly stands out, and Driza absolutely represents the brand in the best way possible. Employees like her are a major reason guests return and continue supporting the DoubleTree brand.I just wanted to make sure her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed.     No air conditioning and they wouldn't help to resolve it or apologize for. The room was 86 degrees. Front desk were not friendly.     Quick overnight stay with a late arrival and morning departure at this hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Check is was easy via the app, went straight to a clean room, dropped our bags and went to sleep. The hotel is isolated in a business park so not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants, etc but again, we were there for all of 11 hours so it didn't really impact us. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast but it is way over-priced based upon the quality of the food. Their buffet was almost $30 per person and was the same quality of food that a lot of places provide for free so we passed on that and just took the cheaper "continental" breakfast option. But again, we got in, got out, and had a good night's sleep.
