    This place seems like the perfect hideaway for El Chapo. Run away!

    Horrible place that looks like a jail, loud music, people outside with open windows. Full of graffiti and surrounded by homeless. Nothing against them, but definitely not the ideal place to go on a romantic retreat!     WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER! Do not make the same mistake as I did booking this place. It was completely unsanitary, it smells like cat piss and there are bugs biting you in the bed. People is unhygienic (yes, there are people living here!) and the bathroom and tube were awfully dirty and stinky. PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP!!!     Although we didn't stay here the hotel was nice enough to cancel and refund our non refundable reservation.This hotel wasn't what we wanted once we saw it.     We stayed here as we were travelling around America and needed to budget on cheaper hotels, most of the hotels in SF are not cheap, especially for our budget so we found this place and just thought, whatever it’s just a place to stay. It smelt bad, the bath had paint coming off it and stains, didn’t look like anything had been cleaned hence the cob webs in the corners. we didn’t have a proper curtain it was just hanging by a wire! Also our room was facing the street so at night it got loud with people hanging about and the window didn’t fully close. Honestly this hotel needs a revamp, felt so uneasy staying here! I understand it was a cheap stay but would of rather paid abit more to stay in a better place, I wouldn’t even call this a hotel.     There is no elevator it smells terrible and the "shared bathrooms" are disgusting the bathtubs need to be replaced.
