    No shampoo in the shower. Took over an hour for them to replace it. They acted so inconvenienced that we needed shampoo. Super disappointing. Room had a huge hole in bathroom door that was badly repaired.     The hotel is generally good, like all the chain. The breakfast is average but ok, rooms are big and we choose it usually because of the splinted room option.
