  The most underrated accommodations near SFO - so quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Handicapped accessible, so close to CalTrain or BART, Starbucks around the corner, multiple +4.5 star restaurants nearby. And the price for all this at a fraction of so-called great hotels near SFO.   The room was clean and large. I like the faux hardwood floor. The bed is comfortable and shower adequate. Two small nits: This is the second hotel in a row where there have been no facial tissues. Is this a thing? There was even a slot in the vanity for a box of tissues but I was told they don’t provide them. Also, the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. The basket of amenities was so complete, it even included toothbrushes. I’d never seen that. The second floor has a large lounge area, which looked nice but no one ever used it. We arrived very early—almost two hours before check in. We were told rooms would be ready at 2:30 p.m. We had lunch nearby (there are several dining establishments and a wide variety of ethnic foods—restaurants and markets—within about three blocks). We came back at 2:30 and rooms were ready as promised. A front desk being accurate and true to their word is a real plus. I was staying for one night while attending two Giants games. Caltrain station is a half mile away and BART is a mile away—great access to San Francisco. One tip: Ask for a room away from the El Camino Real side. The road is very noisy.   Clean, nice parking garage, shower water pressure could be better, desk chair not comfortable

  I saw the excellent reviews for this hotel. The positives: Fair price and professional staff who cares about their guests. The parking garage is not large, but the parking spaces are pretty roomy. I've seen much tighter parking spaces in the Bay Area. I felt safe parking my car in their garage. My room was very clean. Very clean bedsheets. Safe area. Clean microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in-room. Clean common areas and lobby. The negatives: Wifi works but is not fast enough to perform high bandwidth functions like Zoom. I could tell that the mattress and towels are not high quality. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manage; it was either too hot or too cold. The room next door to me had several people in it, and the walls are so thin that I could hear them laughing and talking. That's how thin the walls are. I was awakened several times over the night because the room next to me was up late having a good time. Shower water pressure could be stronger for those of us with long hair. Also the desk chair is too high for the desk and cannot be lowered/adjusted. My back hurt while I was working on my laptop because I had to bend down in the chair. Nevertheless, the price is right, and I would stay here again.   The hotel cancelled our appointment at 5am the day we were supposed to check in because they overbooked the hotel even though we had booked months in advance, which had us scrambling to find another hotel with no notice. Don't book here if you want peace of mind.   Really helpful staff, good value for an airport stop over

  This hotel offers good value if you need an airport stop over. However the most important thing to us was the helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and then the new one delayed! They allowed us to leave our luggage and use their lounge which really helped us out. They also recommended where to find the local street which had a lovely deli for brunch. The staff make this hotel stand out.
