    Budget hotel in Chinatown. Good location. Helpful informative staff. 24 hour reception. Rooms satisfactory. Only coffee and tea available at breakfast time. Microwave at Reception. Kettle on request. Inner rooms are quiet, but check room radiators for noise before accepting.     Spacious, clean, lovely room and ensuite. I was very impressed with the room service: the towels were super soft, they made my bed perfectly, and even the body wash in the shower was excellent. And a perfect location. I was here for 7 nights in April 2025. A great place to set up base and explore San Francisco.     We stayed 9 nights on Feb/25 at the hotel. Very good location, nearby Union Square and with plenty of public transportation close. The room has a reasonable size, good bed. The bathroom is clean. The staff, speacilly Winnie, are very kind. The two things to improve are: water pressure at the shower and the heater is not controlled inside the room, and sometimes was cold inside the room (maybe in the summer could be hot).     Uncomfortable mattress

    Customer service was very pleasant and the environment was clean.The only con was the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The elevator occupancy is only 4 at a time and it’s stated, please do not allow more than 4 people or the elevator will get stuck and not operate properly.     Nothing fancy or sparkly about this hotel. Good if you get a deal on it. Staff let us check in 2 hrs early which was awesome! A great location in the middle of china town.
