    Tired hotel but perfect for exploring

    I gave it a 4 because the hotel is slightly tired inside and our welcome wasn't tiptop But as a hotel in the middle of San Francisco and at a good cost compared to a lot of the others. I would stay again. We walked for miles from here and it had great restaurants all near by. Plus Bush Market was perfect for supplies

    I’m not sure where these positive reviews are coming from.In our hotel room, the “bed” was a box spring mattress with no kind of cushion on top. It had to be one of those “roll away” beds because it was so cheap that it actually broke in half in the middle of night, leaving my partner to sleep on a slanted side.This bed was honestly so bad that my partner and I decided it would be better to get up at 6am and drive around, rather than stay another minute in this hotel room. This place is an absolute scam.

    Basic accomodation. Room warm, clean and quiet. Tea and coffee facilities available in foyer 24hrs complimentary. Breakfast pastries also in foyer in morning. Location within walking distance to Union Square. Would be helpful to have some local information available for those from outside the US who are visiting, in room.

    Stole my AirPods on the very first day🚨 and didn’t want to help me without a police. Very unfriendly staff and I give 100% they are together on it because they couldn’t put their story together. Please don’t leave anything in the room, this place is awful.
