    Great location, comfortable rooms, lovely owner/manager!

    I have booked clients here multiple times and they all have been very happy with the rooms. The manager/owner of the hotel is a delightful woman who is extremely accommodating and helpful. The location is terrific, and the owner goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. We will continue to use her motel far into the future for our clients and family!

    Super close to the Chestnut St shops and buses to Golden Gate Bridge. Room was serviced daily with fresh towels.Note- the motel does not store luggage which caught us and another couple out when we checked in 1hr earlier. Managed to find a GNC supplement store 5min walk away that also holds luggage. Recommend not staying here if you cannot sleep firm mattresses and cannot sleep with street noise.

    I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My sister was visiting me in the U.S., and I was staying with her when an employee locked us out of our room because one of the pillows was stained with hair oil. She demanded $50 just to unlock the door! We even offered to clean the pillows ourselves, but she refused. We have video evidence of how poorly we were treated.Additionally, I noticed that they don’t change the bed sheets during room service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.     I had a very disappointing experience at Greenwich Inn Hotel. After a long day, I returned to my room only to find that my key had been changed without any prior notice. The reason? 2 dirty towels and one yellow pillow from my hair oil. The staff who claimed she is manager was incredibly rude about it, demanding a $50 fee at a late hour without any consideration for my situation. This lack of communication and respect is unacceptable.     Very good value. Really friendly helpful service which was lovely.Well appointed room serviced daily. Clean and tidy. Complete with hot beverage machine fridge and microwave. Great location. Close to bus routes, bike hire etc.Rosie’s Cafe & Mel’s diner for breakfast one block. Lots of restaurants and shops 2 blocks. Easy walk to the Bay shore.
