  First and Foremost…while I received the message stating Bypass the Desk…go Straight to your Room…this franchisee chooses to not follow the promised Hilton Services. When it was demanded that I present an ID and DL, I asked to speak to the GM. After a flurry of texting, was told the GM would be back in a few hours. I was finally given a key, but the call never came from the GM…even after asking to speak with her 3 subsequent days. Hilton needs to address the promises they make to guests with their marketing, the reception that guests who basically live at Hilton get week after week. We’ll see if Mr. Messers at Hilton Corporate returns my written correspondence asking for clarification from a Corporate standpoint. The desk was frequently unattended. The door to the office closed. It appeared the Night Audit doubled as the Breakfast Host. The breakfast was limited. The staples like waffles were there, but just felt limited. The Oatmeal was watery and I found no plant based milk. The dried mixed berries were simply dried out raisins. The room was definitely clean. The bathroom appears to have missed a refurb that happened to the sleeping area. The shower had some very poorly done repairs. The water pressure was horrific. Barely a dribble which made it very difficult to get ready for work. The housekeepers attention to detail was hit and miss…leaving a lack of bath towels one day, and a bath matt the other. Overall, an occasional tourist might not have been challenged by the lack of attention, but totally unacceptable communication from property leadership for a LIFETIME Diamond guest requesting an audience with the GM. Anxious to see what Service Recovery they will offer based on Hampton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I was most certainly NOT Satisfied and would have shared same, if the GM had ever chosen to return my calls. Claims that any guest is exempt from this requirement, including statements referencing Hilton leadership, are incorrect and cannot be honored at the property level. These are brand standards that all hotels are required to follow. Our team communicated these requirements and made multiple attempts to proceed accordingly. We also expect respectful interactions with our staff at all times. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, our team acted appropriately and in accordance with Hilton standards designed to protect both guests and the property.

  So i came here for a relatives wedding one time they have friendly staff i litreally came here at like 2 am and the staff were friendly and kind and full of energy and the rooms they were not so spacious but perfect just to sleep and go the only thing i didnt like is the a/c was loud but i didnt mind and they have lots of amenities Vimal P, at Hampton Inn Brentwood, responded to this review Thank you for choosing Hampton by Hilton and for sharing your experience.   Disappointing experience

  Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. It took us 10 mins. at check in before we found a live person to check us in. The lobby and hall ways were very hot and at that time water was dripping from the open ceiling panels - later buckets were placed to catch the splash. Breakfast - scrambled eggs were not edible - Waffles were ok. Carpets are in need of a good cleaning. Toilet was either stained or in need of a toilet brush. The hotel is pet friendly and I could smell urine. The dog in the next room whined most of the time. Ice machine in second floor was missing - being repaired? The hotel did not reflect the price of $247.80 per night. Definitely needs to be updated, repaired. Location to other services is good. Would not stay here again unless major updates are completed.   Truck vandalized in the parking lot

  The room itself was ok and clean. It was expensive for what it is, $300 + for a night in Brentwood. The reason for the bad review is that when we went out to our truck in the morning our window had been smashed out, the hotel doesn't have any security cameras either. I don’t know if this is a common thing here, or if it was random, but our night in Brentwood turned out to be more costly than worthwhile.

  The customer service was excellent but finding cockroaches for what I would consider a moderately priced hotel is completely unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the pool as well as both Hotel side entrances. I felt that this alone ruined my stay at the Hampton Inn in Brentwood, CA unfortunately.
