    Don’t Look No Further…Stay Here

    If it were possible to give the Hampton Inn in San Francisco a 6+ star rating, I certainly would. The room accommodations were better than I expected. Very clean, spacious bathroom, nice shower. The breakfast was delicious—a different variety of breakfast items everyday. The hotel is close to many attractions in San Francisco on foot or by cable car.Now let’s talk about why they really deserve a 6 plus rating.When I returned home after my trip and unpacked my luggage, I discovered I left a brand new designer leather backpack my husband purchased for me in the room—it still had the tags on it.The next morning, I called the front desk to see if perhaps someone in housekeeping had found the bag and turned it in.Less than two hours later, I received a call—my backpack was located and turned into the hotel’s lost and found. My first thought was: There is still good in the world😇.The bag was shipped to my home address and arrived a few days later.Deepak, you are the man!!!👍🏽Thank you for providing such excellent customer service…you went the extra mile, did what you promised you would do, and saved my marriage.. LOL.Hope to see you in 2027 with family and friends😇.

    The man at the front desk with the low fade was such a welcome. The safety he provided and informing instructions was excellent. He definitely has what it takes to keep a business running smoothly and copacetic. Thank you for having this blessing on board.

    For 700$+ this was a low level experience and quality hotel. The front desk staff are very rude and hold a tone/attitude with every conversation. We asked for basic necessities like an extra towel, a trash bag, or even a plunger and every response was “NO, we can’t do that” without any follow up. Because our room did not receive any cleaning service the whole stay (3 night) we asked for more towels and the ability to get rid of our trash + new liner… the response was “no we don’t do room service today.” This makes senses as people were beginning to pile trash bags with rotten food in the stair wells. Like I said, low quality hotel, no accommodations, and you better not ask for anything at front desk if you don’t want them to ruin your day on top of it.

    I stayed at this hotel, and let me tell you, it was a horror show from start to finish. The place was grimy, the service was a joke, and not the funny kind. I left medicine in the fridge after checkout—no biggie, right? I called right away, said I’d send a shipping label and to keep it cold. Simple? Not here. They ignored the label, let my $300 medicine rot, and when I asked the GM what happened, he basically shrugged and said, “Tough luck!” Zero accountability. Zero care
