  Great stay - horrie post stay treatment

  We enjoyed our stay and even extended our stay at the property. Unfortunately, we had mistakenly booked an additional night in error for the following Sunday. When we asked the Front Desk to help with the refund, they had wholeheartedly agreed. We never received the refund and the third-party booking agent will not issue a refund because the hotel refused to acknowledge its error in refunding the stay when we asked. Now, one week later the property manager and front desk acted rudely in asking for what they already promised. Hopefully, hitel gets their customer management in order to follow through on their promises.

  Great staff and clean spacious updated rooms

  Staff was incredible. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Stayed in a double queen bed room. Diana assisting with breakfast went above and beyond for all the guests. Really made our stay! Kayle at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Overall would very much so recommend this hotel! Such a great find.

  This is our worst stay in all our 30 years of travel. I am a good standing member of a few hotel chains. I always look for great hotels with good quality. I believe you pay for the best. This hotel was at the higher end of my choice to stay $600 + for two nights. I asked for a separate bedroom for me to rest. I made specifically request when making my reservations for quite area. I had three serious medical tests to rule cancer. My rest is needed, and my condition isn't easy. I am so disappointed to have been given a bottom floor room near housekeeping. The bottom floor has a parking exit garage door that slams each time, making our room door rattle. The room above has weak flooring because we could hear snoring and walking starting at 5AM. The heater would throw cool air. We would be freezing at times and had to keep our temp at 75 to feel like 68 what we are used to. My husband did go on 12/10 to ask for the manager to bring up the situations, and he was told told the manager wasn't in. If had been my healthy self, I would have been calling the cooperate office. We will not be staying here for my future medical stays, nor will I recommend this place. I give compliments to housekeeping they had the room spotless.   A good hotel, but average

  I had a two night stay at this hotel.It was a good hotel and clean, but it is rather average. It could also benefit from an overhaul. For example, the bathroom was clean, but not up to modern standards.I stayed on the 3-rd floor, the highest, and the water pressure was totally inadequate. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but if this is important to you, I would check upfront.My room also had a connecting door. It would have been nice if I'd been asked about that. Especially since the hotel did not appear to be sold out. The door transferred too much noise and I could clearly hear the TV and conversations in the adjacent room. To be fair, I did not raise this with the reception. I arrived close to midnight and was too tired to change rooms again. Since it was a two night stay only, I didn't bother.The breakfast buffet was simple, but fine. I liked the yoghurt that was offered, but was not so happy with the large bottles of milk. For hygienic reasons, I prefer a small cardboard container for personal use, or a dispenser. The seating area was really small. Too small for the number of guests.The complimentary parking garage underneath the hotel was nice. There is also outdoor parking at the frontside of the hotel by the way.Altogether I have mixed feelings about the hotel. Especially given the pretty high rate that I paid.

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall stay was OK, but this hotel could use an upgrade.It's close to Belmont Caltrain station and the 101 freeway.We had a room facing the main road and it was noisy in the AM. The drawer underneath the sink came off due to wear and tear.Hot breakfast served in the morning is free but needed constant refills by the staff due to high demand.The fitness center is tiny and just has a couple of treadmills.The hotel could use a major renovation to add more space to the common areas.
