    Location was good as it was close to the San Francisco Airport (7 minute drive).Parking was $25 a night, $15 would have been more appropriate if you ask me.Rooms were extremely dated but clean. Overall it was an okay hotel for a 1 night stay.

    Location is nice. Hotel is clean and the park, sleep, fly option is great if you don’t want to park at the airport. The lady that checked me in, she was having a hard time finding my reservation. I made it online and paid $54 upfront so I had a remaining balance to pay when I arrived back from Hawaii. We parked in their garage. But once we got back, it was the same lady who helped me before we got back. She was having another issue with my reservation? She said it was booked and changed date for March when that wasn’t accurate. Now I have 2 pending charges on my account for $207 and $237? We called and she said that they’re pending and it would change once we checked out. Thankfully, I spoke with a different lady named Maria before we left and she pulled everything up and was extremely confused by what the original lady did. She printed my receipt and said she is so sorry and she would take it into her own hands to get the charges fixed. She said instead of it taking 7 business days, she’s going to try to expedite the process and call customer support for me. It was much appreciated. Thank you Maria!     Suitcase stolen from shuttle. Smart driver helped recover it.

    I just checked into the hotel and I have already ran into several issues. Let's go through the pro's and con's.Pros:- The hotel honors IHG elite status. They provided a complimentary upgrade.- Hotel provides free breakfast to all guests (Note: I haven't tried it yet and don't think I will, so I can't comment on food quality. However, free breakfast from a Holiday Inn Express? Kudos!).- Hotel room seems to be quite clean. Another kudos.Cons:- This is a BIG CON. The complimentary shuttle service provided also serves other hotels. Since people get on and off the shuttle at different times, it is EXTREMELY EASY for thieves to take what they want (e.g. suitcases). It just happened to me where another family took my suitcase and left the shuttle before I did. Fortunately, the shuttle driver (I should have taken his name so that I can let the hotel know how good he is) realized a family might have taken too much and drove back to a hotel previously stopped by and let my wife search for that family at the hotel lobby... the driver deserves compliments but there is a big problem with this service. Anyone can lose their belongings while using this service.- Rooms don't have any USB ports. While it is quite common for IHG properties to provide fewer USB ports than customers need, this one provides none. Wow! Have we gone back to Stone Age?Since this is a layover, I just need to sleep well. Since I got my suitcase back, I should be able to sleep very well.I consider myself very lucky... but I am sure others will run into this same problem.     Bad bad and worse

    We should have known to leave when we were checking in. It took forever and even though there were two people at the desk, only one could be bothered to check people in. The lady at the desk just sat and ignored everyone else in line. During check in.Get to the room and the outlets are janky. They don’t charge near the bed. No laundry bags. Paid up the ass for parking a stupid rental car because the airport shuttle doesn’t run early enough for early flights. TV is supposed to be DirectTV but keeps glitching. If you’re booked for this place and haven’t checked in, just cancel and go elsewhere. Seriously. Not worth the unlimited headaches.
