    had a wonderful experience at Hotel Caza. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.I would also like to recognize the security guard on duty. He was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. His presence made me feel safe and secure, and he treated guests with respect and courtesy.     Great location, close to all shops and restaurants on Fishermans Wharf. Our Bay view room had only very partial bay views, was disappointed to not have a fridge or kettle in our room, we stayed 5 nights so that would have been a big help to us.
