    We loved Riu Plaza at Fisherman's Wharf. Everything was super clean, staff was cheerful and amazingly helpful, and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

    Very poor personnel manners at the Breaksfast Bar. Very rude.Forget about seating at a table for breakfast with friends and familyQuality of the breakfast is rather poor.Rooms are dated. The thermostat is the air conditioning in the room does not work.Tiny bathroom, you need to move to the toilet, touching it, so you can close the door.Friendly Reception staff and porter.This hotel feels like travelling with Sprint Airlines or Ryanair. You would not wish it for anyone.

    Myself and my fiancée stayed at the hotel on our recent trip to San Francisco as part of our visit to America. The hotel was great with good facilities and breakfast was included in our stay which is always a big plus! The rooms were big, had everything you needed and were very clean! The hotel is also in a great location. Overall we had a great stay here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to San Francisco.
