    Not the experience I expected.

    Context - we arrived after a very long day at around midnight with kids, so experience was more degrading.- Valet parking was limited, as we checked in very late had to figure out external parking lots at midnight ourselves, meaning could not leave luggage in car and had to carry everything to room due to high risk of theft.- Elevator was out of order and had to pull bell cart ourselves through narrow corridors in back ally's with kid and stroller, while security guy showed us the way. They should have had the courtesy to bring it to room.- Room had to be changed 3 times due to not ready/wrong type assigned. - They gave us a complimentary breakfast coupon, but overall experience and the front desk staff was totally indifferent.     Worst Hyatt experience EVER

    I was assigned to a not yet cleaned room during check in so I have to run downstairs with my luggage to re check in (and there’s no escalator between elevator and lobby level). During my short stay, the room key stoped working at one point and I have to get it fix at front desk again. Worst Hyatt experience ever.     Irritating/non responsive staff and inadequately planned renovations

    Locations convenient and rooms are clean. They had renovations on everything at once which made the process seem ridiculous. Unhelpful staff for needs- would’ve been more helpful to say we can’t help you than have me come to the desk 5 times while heavily pregnant to have no updates or progress on request.
