    This hotel is ruining Hyatt's brand in its current state. We stayed in a 2 BR/2 BA. The bathroom light didn't work. 2 BR/1BA. They said they would fix it and never did. Everything is old. No charging capability. Never cleaned the room (two-night stay). Phones didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. Convenient. Said they would waive parking fee. Didn't. I see it on my charges. Very disappointing. Bad business.

    Dingy dark almost made me feel clastrophobic. One small window in one room facing the roof shingles otherone facing the pool. Kids sceaming in the pools late evening. Matresses were so uncomfortable. Construction started at 7. Just totally awful, Other room had no window. Wanted to leave so bad asked for another room but they didn't have any.

    Clean updated room and hotel amenities. Convenient location near freeway. Healthy breakfast. Good value stay. People with mobility issues should request lower floor rooms because of the need to use stairs to go up to higher floors.

    We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always have had a nice experience. This time was different. Soon after we arrived and got in the room we noticed a stain on the sofa, a bug crawling on the wall, the bathroom was making a noise and not working properly, one of the rooms bathroom had no soap, and the chair was broken. So we went back to the lobby and asked if can switch rooms the receptionist said they were booked and sorry but no. I showed her the pictures of the problems so she said the housekeeper will clean the room the following day because it was already late. So the next day after a long day of our event we came back to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned, so then we didn’t have clean towels. I had to go back to the lobby, but this time the receptionist was helpful with what I needed! This stay was from May 1st to May 3rd Two room suite.

    False booking availability, no resolution over a downgrade

    Booked a 2-bedroom King/Queen Suite, told none available (reservation data base issue?), promised to call me when the manager came in on Monday, nobody called. Had to settle on a one-bedroom King and slept on a too-soft sofa bed.
