Located between the north shore marinas and the steep hills of Pacific Heights, this economy motel is one of the Bay Area's best deals. Positioned on San Francisco's Lombard Street, the hotel is near Fisherman's Wharf and offers easy access to North Beach and the Golden Gate Bridge. Guests of this inn are not only within walking distance of shopping, cafés and bars, but less than one mile from Fisherman's Wharf. Frequent bus service on Lombard and Chestnut Streets offers travellers transportation to all parts of the city.

Facility

8 junior suites, 14 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a transfer service and room service. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available.     Good hotel but tough to sleep

    Hotel well situated and near wedding venue. Lots of restaurants near by just around the corner. Room was spacious enough and clean. Only but significant disadvantage is that the rooms are outside so the noise is horrible - no chance of resting or getting a nights sleep. Too many groups of people conversing in the hallways which is clearly audible in the room.

    We chose this hotel due to its location close to the Presidio. The rooms are small but comfortable. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are paper thin and sound travels effortlessly from room to room including those above our room. The developers clearly decided to save by not adding any kind of padding to the floors in the rooms or the hallways. Instead, The floors are covered in some sort of laminate and this amplifies the sound of anyone pounding down the hallway in anything with heels.The hotel also seems to attract young people who have no problems running up and down the hallways at 1am and speaking loudly with their friends and slamming doors. A call to the front desk around 2am made no difference whatsoever to this noise pollution.If you are looking for a college dorm experience then Infinity on Lombard Street is definitely your best choice.

    Great location & close to most attractions. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were very professional and always willing to assist in our needs. Beautiful rooftop with great views. The twisted cafe was great to have in the hotel with great food and service. Would highly recommend staying here.

    Great Stay in the Marina District

    The great location in the beautiful Marina District is only one of the many positive things the Infinity Hotel has going for it. As a female solo traveler, I really appreciated feeling safe to go on an evening walk (the Palace of Fine Arts is especially beautiful at dusk). The staff was friendly and always helpful, especially Fahid, who had great dinner recommendations and made sure I was taken care of when my room wasn't ready on time. Erik was very helpful, as well. The room itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the attached Twisted Cafe was a nice spot for a quick breakfast. There is a parking garage right around the corner (which at $26 for a 24-hour-period is very affordable for San Francisco).I would definitely stay here again!

    I booked this through Hilton and thought it would be a good option for our visit to San Francisco. Overall, the staff was friendly but the hotel is noisy. They even give you complimentary ear plugs. My room was next to the elevator, so I heard that ALL NIGHT LONG. Then, the room above also caused noise when flushing the toilet and just walking. Our room faced a courtyard that had people eating next to a fire pit, their voices echoed everywhere from the crack of dawn. A couple other issues were their pillows which were like styrofoam and very uncomfortable not Hilton standards and there was a frosted window peaking into the bathroom, you can see whoever in the bathroom doing their business.
