    Worst hotel experience in recent memory

    I booked this hotel having researched it on trip advisor. When I arrived turns out there are no human beings working here. Only a virtual reception. The guy in front of me took half an hour and never got his booking. They couldn’t find it. I took a turn and 30’mins later and 2 trips back and forth to the room I paid for only to be denied entry coz the code they gave me was wrong, and I finally got in. The receptionist is a girl in a foreign country who can’t solve anything and has a virtual fake background. Save yourself a nightmare and never stay here. Trust me. I know

    Terrible experience. They have no humans on site. The Indians (from India) speak poor English and are not allowed to assist with anything. They escalate everything to the management. Except the management never responds. Do not stay here.

    Very basic motel. Our toilet kept running 24/7 despite bringing it to staff’s attention. NOT a big fan of kiosk check-in. No elevator also difficult for seniors. Smoke detector clearly not working, also noted for the “staff”. Otherwise it was fine for what it was.     Definitely a cute hotel but with poor management. Kiosk check in unsatisfactory with language barrier staffing. Definitely a deterrent so that staff on site does not need to interact with guests. Female staff members, on site, threatening and not stating position at hotel correctly.... refusing to give name and properly identifying themselves. Also, problems with vandalism..on site female staff hiding information regarding survellance videos and ability to review. Hotel guests vandalized a vehicle and management not willing to help with information for insurance information.

    I had to wait a bit to check in as the only staff member was out helping another guest and the virtual checkin wasn't available. Other than that my stay went well. The room was clean and pleasant. There was a nice coffee/breakfast spot within walking distance. No frills but cost was reasonable for what you get.
