Facility

The hotel was built in 1914. 2 suites, 115 single rooms and 36 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Unique character at a great price

    I was flying in late and needed a place to stay for one night before heading to an event. I just wanted something clean and secure, and most importantly that could check me in after midnight. King George ended up being a great choice, with a comfortable, clean room at a good price. The hotel also had a lot of charm and unique character that made it a little more interesting than a typical modern hotel, which I like. The 24-hour Pinecrest Diner across the street was a nice bonus for my situation too. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if you need something in the area!

    Great staff and helpful

    Place was good but the people are better. Flight was cancelled and we had to stay last second. Jimmy checked us in at night and offered to have extended check out the next day, as our new flight was late at night. In the morning, Luis was kind enough to extend it longer. Wonderful staff and we will definitely return. Room accommodations were just fine. Thank you.     There were spiders, mold and the view I had when I looked out my window was a wall with a bunch of bullet holes. I did not feel safe; I was there for work and was not able to move to a different room or hotel.
