    Overcharged me for nightly parking for 105.00 a night, said they would credit me for the 5 nights then never did.

    I have spent probably 10,000 or so at this particular property of the La Quinta brand. I love the other La Quintas but this particular property has a problem with delivering what they say they will. The rooms every time were loud as you could hear the pipes from inside the wall making noise every time someone took a shower or flushed. Also, the housekeeping laundry is right below so that makes noise throughout day. Housekeepers walk by rolling carts over pavement that has bumps so there is constant noise outside window on first floor. The general manager is greedy and dishonest in my opinion. He, along with front desk person said I would be credited for them charging me 105.00 a night x 5 nights for parking instead of 15.00. They refunded one 105.00 charge then showed me in their own internal system they would the other charges but I got my transaction history from my debit/credit card and it never happened. I only found out after I asked to see a copy of the bill while still staying there and saw the overbill. I talked to one of the people who own it then the general manager David Dee. They can type anything they want in their own internal system but it doesn't happen in real life until you see your previous transactions through bank.

    very nice wyndham property near SFO. all aspects of my overnight stay were excellent. great value for the price. don't miss this lodging when traveling through san francisco

    La Quinta Inn on El Camino West in Millbrae located within a short distance to and from the SFO airport offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The open air garden courtyard, filled with lush greenery, creates the feeling of being in a tropical retreat. The fitness room overlooks the swimming, and there's a cozy seating area where guests can enjoy breakfast while taking in the courtyard views. The rooms are smells fresh and clean, thoughtfully furnished and feature soft, luxurious bedding comparable to that what you'll find in many 5-star hotels.

    We were cruising out of San Francisco and our flight out of San Francisco was cancelled, after waiting for ten hours due to the San Francisco airport mechanics giving the passengers and staff of our flight the unprofessional run around. So we needed a hotel to accommodate us for the overnight for our next day early flight. We waited outside for a shuttle and the La Quinta shuttle came by. We told the driver of our predicament and he right away called La Quinta west on El Camino drive if they had any rooms. Which they did. Fifteen minutes later we arrived,and the hotel reception gentleman got us a room at a very reasonable rate. We had to check out at 4am but we were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and room. King size bed was nice and comfy. We had a real bad experience at the La Quinta in La by the Lax airport but this hotel was the opposite. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you:)

    This was a perfect option for flying into/out of SFO.. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a big deal, as reviews from other hotels report that Uber is quite expensive. Check the schedule at the front desk to know what time the shuttle will be leaving. Room was comfortable, and I was happy with breakfast - they managed to fit a lot of options into a small space and I think they did a great job. I would definitely stay here again
