    Disgusting, run down and dangerous

    rating23 May 2026

Not sure how this place has a 3 star rating, this is literally the worst “hotel” I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. First of all, it is a motel not a hotel and it is seriously shady, I did not feel safe AT ALL! One of the rooms I passed had the window smashed in and orange after cones inside. The carpet was filthy, the furniture scratched and run down and the room reeked of old cigarette smoke to the point where it made me vomit and I had to check out and sleep at the airport while I waited for my flight. This place is not safe DO NOT STAY HERE!

NOT A HOTEL... IT'S AN ABANDONED ESTABLISHMENT.

    rating08 Feb 2026

*** BEWARE OF SAFETY ISSUES/CONCERNS - HOTEL STAFF LOCKED THE SIDE ENTRANCE DOOR AT RANDOM HOURS AND THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR IS BLOCKED (NOT WORKING???). NO ONE CAN ACCESS THE BUILDING FROM OUTSIDE ****** THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS AN ABANDONED PROPERTY RUN BY UNPROFEESIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT ***The current posted pictures on their website and other 3rd party booking sites shown pictures from years.... ago. Very DECEIVING ....When I arrived at 1 AM at the establishment, the Front Desk Agent *WAS NOT AT THE PREMISES, THE SIDE ENTRANCE DOOR WAS LOCKED, AND MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR WAS BLOCKED*. No one can enter the building from outside. No door bell and the posted notice had no contact info. I am a solo female traveller already made a room reservation couple days prior my arrival to secure my accommodation ended up walking around an unknown and unfamiliar neighborhood to a nearby Hotel. Will the Hotel Management be responsible if I encountered an unfortunate incident that night???Read other reviews on Google from incoming guests who already had reservations and checked-in guests who experienced being locked out of the building.Having the side/main entrance door to the premises not accessible from the outside is a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE/CONCERN if there is any Emergency or Fire happenning. Not sure if guests who are already inside can open the door from inside when both entrance doors are locked/blocked.Having the Main entrance door blocked is already a major issue since it also blocks/limits ways for escape if there is any fire or emergency.*** HEALTH ISSUES/CONCERNS ***Their Ladies room for visiting guests (non-registered guests) are so HORRIBLE. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures, but I am quite sure the conditions are not at par to Health Code for a Hotel.*** UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT ***They don't forward their front desk phone number, 650-589-7200, to any other number for any immediate assistance or emergency issues. They should have forwarded the front desk number to the Assistant General Manager's, Karen Delicana's number at 650-754-6307 or other Management Team's number.Their Customer Support hot line, 650-318-6266, is not accessible for any immediate assistance unless you have their reservation confirmation number which is different than the reservation confirmation number you have if you made the reservation via 3rd party. The Assistant General Manager, Karen Delicana, did not even have a courtesy to come to work to meet me the next morning I went to the hotel to complain. I waited for a few hours just to address my complain to the Management in person and wanted to escalate the issue to the highest rank possible since I was very... upset.

I didn’t think such dumps still exist..

    rating26 May 2024

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. This is an absolute dump, and I wouldn’t stay there for free, if offered! The nerve this establishment has to charge even as little as $65/night for this place is outrageous. And even worse - to call it a “Hotel” is ridiculous. A cheap rundown lousy “motel”, at best. Just to illustrate what we are talking about here:Doors to enter the lobby are broken. The rooms have no refrigerator, no microwave, and not even a coffee maker! Internet was down the first part of the day. Room is rundown, smells like mold, rug is disgusting, no blankets (just sheets), and leaking toilet making noise of dripping water all night. I’ve been traveling a lot in the last 20 years, and never in all this time did I feel so disgusted and insecure in such a shabby hotel room. Stay away from Park Pointe at all cost!
