    Timeless in the Tenderloin

    Lived up to all our expectations, a hotel with history, an oasis in the middle of San Francisco. We only had two days in the city and managed to get an early check in which made a massive difference to our trip. The hotel has a brilliant heated pool, the rooms have real character and despite being warned about the Tenderloin, we found no issues at all. Finally, every member of staff we interacted with were super friendly with shout outs going to Robert and Orlando. It’s without question that we will be back and I cannot think of anywhere else I’d want to stay in SF

    This spot never fails to lift my mood—it truly feels like a little oasis. I love the rooms, the pool, and the overall vibe every time I stay. There are also three fantastic Vietnamese sandwich spots right across the street, so we grabbed some and enjoyed them by the pool at the Phoenix with a glass of wine.

    Last month I tried some amazing food with my friends, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The whole experience was even better because we were sharing dishes and enjoying the moment together. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had recently.

    There’s no hotel on San Francisco like this one! Truly has the relaxed vibes of the kind of place a rockstar would stay while on tour. The pool is warm and the staff are friendly. Brenda’s restaurant is on the block, a San Francisco classic! Their parking lot is key.
