  The location was great. Parking was accessible and very convenient and secure. The room was very vibrant and beautiful colors. Very clean, whenever we had a concern.   Short notice booking during a busy conference week - ok!Let's be honest, $600 for a 1-2 star is a tough pill to swallow. This place is what you would expect, based on a normal $150-250 rate during less busy weeks.Check in gruff. Elevator agonizing. Surrounds mid. Room tiny. Bed tiny. Towels frayed. Shower hardly warm. No real window. Corridor noisy. An ironing board but no iron. A microwave that lit the room. No suitcase holder. No bottle opener. Miserable breakfast.Bed and pillows were passable for 2-3 nights.   This hotel is strategically located close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Hotel staff is very good, attentive and helpful. The staff was informative and provided travel tips. Overall, very good experience and the cost is reasonable.   Stay 2 nights with three teenagers

  I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some reviews but it’s totally fine. Rooms were clean - we had the family suite and it worked perfectly. They’re building an elevator so that will improve things. The garage was great actually - we almost booked offsite thru SpotHero and were glad we didn’t. The neighborhood is perfect during the day, at night market street is a little iffy. There’s an incredible coffee shop across the street. Breakfast in the lobby was low point. But free!
