  Have you ever wondered how such a place can stay in business?

  Because the room is lacking the basic necessities of soap, shampoo and body wash, when you contact the front desk to ask them for some, you'll get a rude and hostile response. It is unbelievable how you'll be treated for just asking what is expected to be included in the room you paid for. It doesn't look very busy or full, which would make sense. Who would come back here?

  Lack of cleanliness, missing essentials.

  My stay was extremely disappointing, and several issues made the experience unacceptable. To begin with, the room was not properly cleaned. When I went to turn on the HVAC unit, I noticed the vents were dirty and dusty, which should have been addressed during housekeeping. I tried to wipe them myself, but when I went to get a towel, I discovered that there were no towels in the room at all—not a single one.When I called the front desk, I was told the hotel had run out of clean towels. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. There were three of us in the room, and after insisting that they find something, they eventually managed to find one towel. That I had to picked up from the front Desk. One towel for three guests is not acceptable under any circumstances. How does a hotel run out of clean towels?To make matters worse, even the basic essentials were not stocked. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty. These are basic items that guests should be able to rely on without having to ask.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing essentials, and inability to provide standard amenities made this stay far below acceptable standards. I hope these issues are addressed promptly so future guests do not have a similar experience.

  I am a Diamond, top tier traveler with Best Western, and in response to my complaint regarding a stay here, and their unwillingness to follow up with me about the MANY issues facing me here, am ending/cancelling all future trips to their hotels. Not only are the front desk staff something out of a horror movie, but they don't offer OJ for their "free" breakfast, along with missing room amenities like tissues, soap, ice bucket/liner, body wash and shampoo. The windows of the room have so much dirt and smudge, you can see it at night when entering the door.

  This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, and I've been to thousands

  I am a diamond traveller with BW and stay about 15 plus nights per year. First off, the place is filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere. I went the front desk to inquire about soap, body wash, and tissues which there were none in the room. I waited at the FD for awhile as it was unattended. When someone did appear, she informed me they had none and the hotel was out. I was going to be out all day and asked if I could get them later. She said 5:00 is the latest and after that I couldn't get any. After I pressed about getting some at the desk after 5, she accused me of being argumentative for wanting to have some soap in my room. At that point she cancelled my reservation and told me I had until noon to be out. I got another hotel, but to cancel my reservation after asking to have some soap in the room is ridiculous, a health code violation. I hope the owners read this because it's $100 in nightly room revenue gone up in smoke.
