    Peter, the manager, was so nice and accommodating. He moved us down to the first floor because I have mobility issues. He gave us good reccs for eating.The room was clean and comfortable.     It's good, but not the same.

    We still love staying here, and will more than likely continue to do so. But it has changed since we were here earlier in the year, and my understanding is the owners changed. The rooms are sufficient for what we need; we are barely in the room as it is. They are clean, but could use work. There were hairs on our fresh towels, hair in our shower, a shake left in the fridge, and the shower could use a deep cleaning. There is also a patches hole in the floor by the shower that we kept stepping in. It was weird when I walked in the "breakfast" room to grab silverware and there was a guy standing in the office area just staring at everyone (VERY uncomfortable!!!). Again, it meets are minimal needs, but the price has increased almost making it not worth it any longer.     Great location, adjacent to the Presidio. !! Easy check in and check out. Free parking is an excellent deal. The room was clean and decent.
