    Stayed here for 3 nights in this well located motel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Didn't realise there was no fridge when we booked, not the end of the world.The one downside was that our ground floor room was noisy, pretty sure there were a herd of elephants staying above us.Pizza place and coffee shop next door were very good.     Too expensive and not a value for money. Surprisingly it seems for the dates I stayed, the price was 3X. Regardless, the sta was unpleasant as the roof kept creaking throughout the night as if someone was walking on the roof.     Filthy, filthy, filthy! Unsafe, doors don’t close all the way, threadbear carpet, no amenities, mold everywhere. Put my chair and bag in front of door. No bed covers only sheets! Disgusting. NEVER stay here unless you absolutely have to( which I did)They have not update anything since the 50’s. AWFUL!     The hotel has a great location near Pier 39, and the Wi-Fi worked well during my stay. The check-in staff member was very nice and welcoming, although my room wasn’t ready even after 2 PM. There’s no breakfast provided, but the in-room coffee maker was handy. Sound insulation was zero in the room. Unfortunately, I had to check out a day earlier due to an emergency, and the lady at reception was quite rude and unwilling to listen, which left a bad impression. Overall, the stay was okay—good location and amenities, but service could be more consistent.
