  Best place to stay close to restaurant and place was quiet. We just got lost with the waze app we used while navigating the place. So far it was an awesome experience staying with this hotel

  Subject: Feedback on Recent StayDear Customer Service Team,I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your facility. I believe that a strong emphasis on customer service can significantly enhance the overall guest experience, similar to the approach taken by well-known companies like Raising Cane's and In-N-Out Burger, where customers feel valued and respected.During my visit, I had negotiated a price over the phone, but upon arrival, I noticed some confusion about my reservation. After a three-and-a-half-hour drive, I was a bit frustrated to find that I had to pay the full rate. While I understand that circumstances can arise, more transparent communication could help prevent future misunderstandings.On a positive note, I found the rooms to be satisfactory, and the breakfast offerings were nice. However, I believe there is an opportunity to enhance the level of personal interaction with guests. A simple greeting or check-in could go a long way in making customers feel welcomed and appreciated.Additionally, I encountered some challenges with the parking situation and found the directions to the parking lot unclear. Improving signage or providing more explicit instructions could greatly help guests navigate more easily.Thank you for considering this feedback.   An Oasis in Chaos

  This hotel is an Oasis in Chaos. It is very clean, well kept, quiet (inside), despite being close to Hwy. 101 and almost full with guests. There’s a sign outside of the dining room with day-by-day hot breakfast “specials”. The hot breakfast and other food selections are fresh and well stocked. The hotel's parking lot has 1-way in/out, which is great for security reasons, etc. Security is #1 priority for Tuan, Manager. There are “talking” security cameras in the parking lot, “You are on camera”, plus all hotel entries & hallways are on live camera. We noticed there were a lot of contractors staying at this hotel; most likely for the security, breakfast foods, location, etc. My husband & I once lived in this part of San Jose, CA, & know how life is here; we felt very safe & well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel. P.S. We didn't see/use the swimming pool or use the internet during our 1 night stay.   Not the safest part of town

  This hotel was old and you could tell. Linens had stains or were not white anymore. Every extra thing you needed was recorded in a book, including toilet paper. Breakfast on weekends ended at 9 which seems early for a weekend. Pool closed at 8 in the summer. We traveled with a group and they were not accommodating when we asked to use the food area to meet as a group. This was a problem because there was no where else to gather except the pool. One positive is they were accommodating in allowing us to have late check out which was very helpful.   My stay at the hotel was good. It’s a little weird getting to the main entrance from the road ……. Small sign doesn’t help. We left something of value in the room and got a call to let us know….. that was impressive. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The place was pretty quiet considering how many people were staying there and that was surprising.
