    BEWARE of their "deposit hold" and double charging

    Beware of their so called "deposit hold". They in fact put a "hold" on my card for the room AND deposit AND also charged separately for the room. STILL trying to recover that money. Been reported to both Visa and my bank.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was such a disappointing experience, the staff was not helpful, and the rooms are dirty to say the least. First room our refrigerator didn't work and there was no remote to the TV, so we switched rooms, which is super inconvenient. Then, we get to the second room and there is a dead mouse by our bed!!! They came to get it out and then didnt switch us again. To top it all off they took our deposit the next day for "damages", which there was NONE of. And they cant tell us for what and the manager is ON VACATION and left the country for two weeks. This is unacceptable. Don't go!

    This experience was abysmal.I've stayed here twice now, solely due to location. The first experience was a regular room and was extremely dirty. Dried snot on the towels. My second experience I upgraded to a suite they had to move me twice to three different rooms. The first room, the bathroom was covered with dead bugs and ants. The second room was the incorrect bathroom layout that I requested. Turns out the man at the front desk didn't even know what the rooms looked like. Finally on the third room I was surprised the next morning to find out that there was no hot water in the shower and the water pressure was that of a dribbling old water fountain. Felt like I was showering in a dark comedy. If you can afford a little extra, go somewhere else. Trust me.The manager took $50 off my stay. Was shocked at how cheap he was. Terrible customer service.

    Rude staff and run down facility

    Campbell inn has one positive thing going for them. It is in a great location. Other than that, this inn/motel has nothing going for itself. The staff is extremely rude, the room was old and gross and the pillows are uncomfortable. The WiFi was down and I needed it for a meeting. The lady at the front desk said her coworker was able to get on it and there was nothing she could do about it. They also charged me $20 because my wife got makeup on a small towel! Are you kidding me?! Provide black make up towels then! The phone was broken hanging off the wall. The room was old and run down. This place is horrible.

    Rude desk clerk ease dropping on my call telling what I can and can’t say.No one in lobby but him and I . He refused me my room and refused my refund. I’ve stayed many times before ONLY because of location and costs. NEVER again. Run down out of date hotel. Spend 50.00 more go to Marriott around the corner. They were booked or I would have been at Marriot.
