    Modern and spacious hotel located at about 3 minute drive from downtown Sunnyvale. Excellent customer service. Nice extras:They serve Starbucks coffee which is always a plus for coffee lovers.Parking is free. Hint. Pay a bit more for a room in the 4th floor. We did not fin this hotel particularly noisy, but the 4th floor room likely contributed to it.

    Don't be misled by the older reviews on this property. There have been considerable renovations at this hotel and it shows.Rooms:+ Excellent. Recently renovated, so everything is in tip top shape.+ Good sound insulation from S Mathilda Ave, which can get busy.Service:- Everyone who was working tried, and I commend them for that. However, there were some hiccups. For example, we had a Do Not Disturb sign up on our door while we were taking a nap during the daytime. A day prior, we had called down to the front desk because there was an issue with the AC system. Someone had already come to repair it, but then another person came to check on the system. Kudos for making sure it was fixed, but clearly poor communication in the team, and how do you ignore a Do Not Disturb sign??Amenities:- You're in the suburbs and charge $15 for parking? Pretty sleazy cash grab.- The gym was missing several free weights. Like they had a single 10 lb dumbbell.

    Disappointed Titanium Elite Lack of equipment in the Gym for months

    There have not been dumbbells in the gym for over 6 months. I stay here generally several times every quarter. I've complained to the GM several times and been assured this would be fixed.Came in last night and found 7 dumbbells total! The front desk acknowledged that yes, they have received lots of complaints.Moved to a different hotel for the remainder of the week. I will not return.

    Back to October 2023 when my friends and I visited San Francisco for 2 nights. It was quite helpful to be given a room that could accommodate 3 people with one extra bed for free. so it was quite comfortable to rest. The location is close to the Apple campus, but it is indeed far from downtown San Francisco and the Golden Gate. with an affordable price, we think this hotel is quite recommended if you want to travel using a rental car.

    Unresponsive front desk team.Called the hotel trying to let them know that I would arrive late after midnight due to a long drive so they could not cancel my reservations. They first put me on hold multiple times with a long wait, but never got back to me. I tried calling and was not able to get through. Tried to get a friend to call and still did not get through. Called Marriott customer service toll free and they could not reach this hotel's front desk either. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk. Unlike all Marriott's hotels with 24/7 front desk, it was closed. It is a sizable hotel.There was a group of people singing in the lobby at 1:30am in the morning.I asked them if there was anyone at the front desk, they said it's closed. No one at the front desk.The entire situation was odd.As of this writing, I still was not able to reach the front desk, let alone receive full refund back.I did not check in nor stay in that hotel.But they eventually provided full refund after enlisting help from the third party booking platform to get the money back. Through this process, they still lie and made false accusations without owning up their responsibility. They blamed me for not showing my ID when in reality was there was no one at the front desk to check in guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to their unresponsiveness.
