The best price and service in town. Near downtown where all the food places and window shopping are. Close to freeway exit and entrance. The Hispanic woman charged us a deposit even though we were not supposed to be and made reserving and getting our refund on our deposit back a little difficult besides that the rooms are clean and spacious the hot tub could use some actual working Jets my kids love the pool though and their breakfast is absolute crap there is literally a few cheap pastries if any left at all some sorry orange juice and coffee and that's it for being sister hotels with Best Western I am extremely disappointed in their breakfast Hotel Manager, Other at Days Inn by Wyndham Gilroy, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. Worst ever

This was the worst experience ever. My husband is handicapped and we had a second floor room. And the shower broke on us and flooded the bathroom, they had to turn off the water and we had no shower. That was unacceptable and we had to leave early the next day, not to offer no room because they were full. And they charged my card double, so we couldn't go elsewhere. Already telling the ren faire community to stay away. Dirty Vents and Possible Roach Infestation

We found a live roach in our room. The AC vents were dusty as if they haven’t been cleaned in months. The curtains were covered in stains and dried substances. The chair cushions were stained. TOO MANY SNEAKY TAXES

You are told the price and they say plus tax, you being tired and just needing sleep agree. The next morning, you are hit with not one tax but SEVERAL!!!! It makes an otherwise ok rate a very not ok one. I have started asking for the entire price before I even agree to stay.
