    Worst experience ever!

    For starters, this is NOT a 3* hotel - this is a rundown dump with sketchy clientele that should not get any stars at all! I have never seen such a shoddy flooring job as they have at that hotel. The planks are not aligned, crooked and have gaps close to 1/2 inch throughout. In the morning I had signs of allergic reaction because I am highly sensitive to mold... Not like I could even sleep in that place because nutcases upstairs were pacing from midnight till 4AM and it sounded like they had bricks attached to their feet. I tried to go to the front desk at 2AM, but surprise, there is nobody there! Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM (???) when most people who are there on business have to leave prior to that??? But, clearly, this is not their target market. Dirty dinky pool had 2 personalities that looked like they escaped from an equally bad trailer park drinking Coors light...The worst part was that neither the hotel, nor Priceline through which I booked it wanted to give me my money back for this 3* fraud.

    I've stayed at County Inn many times. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and quiet. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Water pressure is fine, heat and air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV and and WiFi work. Grounds are well maintained. Breakfast is satisfactory. Lots of breakfast choices. Staff is polite, kind, friendly. Outstanding especially for the price.

    Stayed just a single night for work. Simple, but clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Room was pretty spacious.Decor and facilities are basic and outdated, but it's a decent and one of the most affordable options for staying overnight in MTV.

    Facilities in the room are good. Fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron box, iron stand are few facilities available. Awesome breakfast with multiple options. I liked the coffee well too. Rooms with automatic lights in in and near bathroom.I found the best behavior of front office member Shakti Singh. He is very cooperative with the staff and Ismail is his perfect face.His talking sense towards guests is very good.And I will also prefer my friend to stay in this hotel, thank you counting thank you Shakti Singh.     "The room was clean, but the reception was awful"

    I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance in July. I was arriving that day from Boise, Idaho to San Jose Airport at noon. I was advise the check in was at 3:00 p.m. from 12:00 p.m. I waited near by to be able to check in, for my Surprise Sal showed up late, and with an curd attitude, very unprofessional, and extremely rude. I will never stay at this place again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. The cleaning people were more educated that this guy Sal running the office.Hope the owner have better staff to face the public.
