  They gave me a room that was not just furthest from the lobby but on the ground floor facing the parking lot with lights and people walking in front if my window so I have to keep the shade down. It’s also in front of the ice machine with people getting ice 24/7. Maybe because I’m a woman staying alone? Probably. But I am an author and am speaking g in front of a whole crowd tonight and I will warn everyone that this hotel is not woman friendly. They wouldn’t change my room upon check-in and today I woke up sick do I can’t imagine packing up if another room becomes available. STAY AWAY!   Pleasant Hotel in a Quiet Area

  Highly satisfied. I came in for a concert at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga and while my stay was relatively short, I found the hotel to be delightful. Friendly staff, clean room (and hotel in general), and plenty of great eating establishments just around the corner. I found the area to be pleasant and quiet. Bonus: If you like vinyl and CDs, literally across the street there is a totally cool record store that you are guaranteed to love.   Drunken Party in the Hallways

  Drunken people from wedding party banging on your door at 2 am. Happened two nights in a row. Called from desk and first time no one answered. Took 30 mins for the hotel to stop the noise and get control of the situation. Serious security issues. Complained to hotel manager and they asked if I wanted to check out early. No attempt to compensate in any way. No room key needed for elevator use. Rooms are acceptable 3 1/2 star. Would never stay here again. I travel globally 150,000 miles per year and seldom write reviews but feel compelled to make others aware of how poorly this hotel managed. Will stay some where else next time!   Red flags!!!

  I recently stayed at this property for work. This was my 3rd stay at this DoubleTree in the past 6 weeks for work and I really enjoyed it until this last visit. I had my DND sign up the first two nights but decided I wanted my room to be freshened up so I took it down that morning and headed out for the day. Around 4:30 I return from work. I noticed a hotel employee with a towel hamper down on the far end of the hallway, completely normal, didn’t think anything of it. I entered my room and my room hadn’t been touched. Honestly, not a huge deal to me but I was a little disappointed. As soon as I got to my room I went to use the bathroom and within 30 seconds of sitting on the toilet I hear a knock. I shouted “just a minute”. Not even like 10 seconds later the person tried to barge into my room. THANK GOD I had the door latch on. I hurry and finish and go to the door. It was the employee that was down the hall asking if I wanted any new towels or had any trash. So many red flags!!! He didn’t have a housekeeping cart. He saw me walk down the hall and enter my room, so he knew someone was in there. No need to barge in. He gave ZERO time to wait for a response. Despite that; I gave him one and he still ignored it. Solo female traveller in business casual attire. What’s the first thing most people do when they get home from work? Change clothes. What are the odds that housekeeping finally comes around right when I get back? This whole thing left me feeling super uneasy. It seemed very intentional and targeted on his part. I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if I didn’t have the latch on the door. I did go downstairs and told the front desk about what happened. She was super apologetic and listened to everything I had to say. After having me describe the man she tells me this isn’t the first time it’s happened!!!!!! She told me she was going to report it to the housekeeping manager as well as the GM and asked if I wanted a follow up call, which I did. It’s been 3 business days and I’ve heard nothing. I have to do overnights in this area for work about once a week now but I’m definitely going to think twice before staying here again, which is really unfortunate because I loved the area.
