  Fremont blvd south, Fremont, California I went to go and stay for a job and they honestly helped me out with my reservations when I was having trouble. They always had someone available and never had any issues regarding in keeping my room. Sometimes hotels make me switch but they were able to accommodate. 5 out of five.   This was a horrible experience, the late night cashier has a bad attitude and I think she's a racist..She gave me terrible service, gave me the key to a room that was occupied, and threatened to call police and have me kicked out after I complained..I asked about accommodations for the inconvenience, she dismissed me..It was 12am, I was tired and it was too late to go somewhere else..I also plan to contact corporate to complain about the lady at the desk lats night, I think he'd name was Miriam, or something similar to that..She needs to be fired ESA GM, General Manager at Extended Stay America - Fremont - Fremont Blvd. South, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.   Room was clean, staff is nice ive stayed here numerous times. But still dont understand why i have to leave ID to use cart, especially when they know im going up to the room w it or as im checking out. Love im able to make home cooked meals after work w having a kitchen.
