    Long-term guests should carefully consider this property.I stayed at this Extended Stay America location for several months while on a work assignment. During my stay, I encountered an ongoing roach problem that persisted even after I reported it and was moved to a different room.The issue was documented with photos and videos, and management was made aware. Although I received a room change and a one-night credit, the pest problem continued. After escalating the matter through Guest Relations, I was informed that pest control would be scheduled on the day following my departure.The most frustrating part of this experience was not the initial discovery of roaches, but the lack of an effective resolution despite repeated reports over several months.Travelers, especially those planning extended stays, should be aware of this experience when making their decision. I sincerely hope the property addresses these concerns and improves conditions for future guests.     Worst customer service and management

    They told us to wait for credit to stay at the next location then the manger that was on lunch never came back to help us but was on the property doing more important things. They don’t respond and they made us wait outside. The front desk agent and the manager were not understanding the importance or wasn’t even on site. We will never do business at this location because staff isn’t up to par.     WORST BEDS EVER!

    We stayed here while touring colleges with our 17 year old son for 3 days. We are 2 days in now and we ALL are having back pain, even our 17yo.I spent the evening last night in my car and had a better night sleep than the evening before. I was a little freaked out by the idea of sleeping there given some activity I saw in the area earlier that day but I didn’t have any other choice at this point. Honestly, if I knew I’d be paying to torture my back like this, we would have car camped before reserving this place. This morning our kid begged to find someplace to “look at his back” or do massage. It smells weird too. Im not sure if it’s the cleaner they use but it’s got an odd spicy odor. While the rooms are clean, the carpets in the halls are NEVER clean day or night, there is trash and junk in the halls, and it feels like there are some unsafe people living here somewhat permanently. The only positives I can say are the front desk staff was pleasant, there are so many wonderful Indian restaurants and shops nearby and it’s affordable.This is definitely going on our list of NEVER AGAIN hotels.     Very convenient and you get what you pay for

    Its easy to write a bad review about this place. However its not that easy to find a place less than 100 dollars a day with free parking in Fremont CA (and bonus if you are Indian right behind a decent tasting Indian restaurant that you can walk to). The place is convenient. You get pots, pans and other utensils including a coffee maker if you ask for it. Even Shampoo is on demand. They Change towels once a week (even if you stay for 2 days). Its clean, spartan, has a bed, a stove, a fridge and little else.You pay less for this than you would for a studio apartment in the bay area taken on a monthly basis. They have cut back a lot since the last time i stayed here 21 years ago. Its very very basic. You take out your own trash. So this is like a furnished studio apartment with free utilities. Its a steal for the price.
