  This extended stay location is a "party place" with drug dealing + prostitution on the property and disturbances. Out of towners beware. Staff is not well trained, the exception is Jennifer, the assistance mgr. This location is close to shops; restaurants, public bus line and major hwy. Families and business travelers who need a safe place beware. At this location there are apt style room with parking in front and traditional hotels.   Don’t trust Extended Stay America website or staff

  Don’t trust Extended Stay America website or staff. I booked at Extended Stay America and had entered the wrong dates by mistake. Their website says 24 hours to cancel a reservation. Called 5 minutes later to cancel and they would not cancel or refund for the mistake. I called the hotel later and the guy at the front desk said he gave a refund. Guess what? No refund ever appeared. Staff lied. Corporate does not live up to their policy. Stay away from any Extended Stay America!   Bring your own kitchen essentials! Because herr at ESA it's NOT always available to extend your stay!

  Everytime we book with this hotel in milpitas, their kitchen essentials like pots and pans and dishes are always unavailable. I book with this hotel 4 times in 2023 and 2 out of those booking the staff said the kitchen essentials weren't available, Again, this is my first time booking in 2024 and again kitchen essentials weren't available not even 1 pan is available, the staff said because the house keeping isn't available, I even offered to wash it for them. And the feont desk said "no" I don't mind buying paper plates and plastic cups and spoons but buying a pan is too much! Can anyone do something about this? Or I will tell my company to stop booking with this hotel and go next door instead!   Good services. General menager is very helpful. Room clean enough. Mr. Rohit Sharma is excellent in helping customers. Breakfast is not standard. If they improve that, that will be good. Besides, Ruffy is very helpful too.
