    I have been using this hotel over 7 years, when travel to Bay Area for business.Spacious suite, fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy mattress, housekeeping is very great as well.On top of their great quality free breakfast , there are great food options near by, it is close to highway 101, and very peaceful neighborhood if you need to concentrate or work.Staff including management are very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to communicate, and Narineh and her team will take care of your need or problem right away.Will recommend this Hotel

    Professional staff, very friendly ladies that always greet guests as they walk by. Staff is always laughing and having a good time. Very detailed explanation of amenities, pretty straightforward. Room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking as well.     Initially noticed the awful smell of the room....improved when opened window for awhile. No towel racks in the bathroom??? (just one hook on the door which helps, but isn't enough for washcloths and towels). You must go to the front desk if you want a cup/glass (not even paper cups in the room). Stains on the carpet. There was free internet as advertised but multiple price tiers for faster internet, etc. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable. I expected more from a large hotel chain.     After reading the reviews, I thought it would be okay for the price, but this place was nasty. The lobby and elevators were dirty and smelled like cigarettes and old food. There were a ton of stains near the bed and around the room. It was clear the room was not cleaned properly at all. I was hoping it'd be decent for the price, but this was really bad.     Decent but had staffing issues and needs maintenance.

    I was in town for two days and needed an inexpensive place to stay for a fast visit. In this case, you get what you pay for.Pros*excellent staff and as accommodating as they could be under the circumstances.*close to all freeways and shopping*quiet* coffee/tea/hot chocolate and small pre-packed items fora grab and go "breakfast*somewhat cleanCons*our pillow smelled like a cigarette*our room and the bathroom had a faint cigarette smell more like maybe a longterm guest who was a huge smoker ( but never smoked in the room) lived for awhile? Although the person may not have smoked in our room just the smell on the person seeped into stuff. *the fire alarm outside our room beeped as it needed a new battery. Was told there was nothing they could do as no one else in the night was on staff, just one receptionist who couldn't leave here post. *Where was the hairdryer? *The bathtub in the shower was somewhat clogged and ended up backing up with water while I was taking a shower. Gross! *Was told there has been a flood and the washing machine did not work so our pillows which smelled like cigarettes could not be replaced that night, (gross) but later the sweet receptionist who was all alone took time and hunted down some pillow for us and surprised us with fresh pillows. Thank you whoever you were!I stayed two nights. Had I had to stay longer, I would have left to go to another hotel.
