  This is probably the worst hotel I've ever been in my life, extremely dirty, trash on the corridors, spilled food on the corridors that stayed there for two days, graffiti on the furniture but the worst was the dog smell, regarding staff members they were nice and accommodating, but in general the hotel condition was really bad.   DO NOT STAY HERE!! We walked in and the entire place smelled like urine, dirty laundry in the hallway as well as trash.   Our room smelled of chemical cleaner trying to cover urine, dog, and smoke. As the chemical smell wore off, the other smells became more obvious. There were cockroaches in the room landing on me. Bags of garbage piled near the back exit. A bunch of police cars were in the parking lot one night. An ambulance showed up one morning. A woman in a skimpy outfit with glassy dilated eyes lurched toward me and solicited me for an encounter. The people above us did not sleep, or their children did not sleep and ran around at 3am in the morning. The rug was very stained. Bathroom fixtures needed caulking and were corroding. My husband felt like we were in a homeless camp. We would not stay there again even if it were cheap, which it was not.   Very disorganized management. Looks unsafe for families and business travelers.

  Hello, this ESA is very disorganized hotel. The front desk doesn't have an idea how to check in after hours or early hours. I m a business traveler. I stayed so many ESA in US but this one comes under the bottom of the pool in all including safety, drugs and vandalism. For ex: I was waiting in the parking lot to sort out my reservation issue with CLC, guy with soiled cloths came to me asking for a cigarette. After 10 minutes another guy showed up with weed smell asking to see whether I'm looking for weed. This hotel is not a best choice for families or business travelers. Specially the Hotel Manager by name David and night clerk Jacob were came from homeless camps. No professionalism. Hotel Manager doesn't want to take late night emergency calls. I heard him saying, ESA doesn't pay him enough to do all those things. Very bad customer service.
