    This hotel has the absolute worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room appeared to be an old banker’s office with a secretary’s office on the outside of the room. This was where the bed was located. No windows. It appears to have the exact same office furniture that was originally in this space in the 80’s. It’s in a great location, but be prepared to lower your expectations if you stay here.

    Some of the best guest service I’ve had in years. Every staff member was so great here, from friendly front desk to fun bar staff I had a great time for my two day trip here. This hotel is downtown and has allot of great restaurants and things to do in the area, I went to some comedy shows. The room is beautiful and insulated, I had to take a huge nap mid day and it was quiet and dark. Super clean and a nice building overall. The staff being so kind and good at making us feel welcomed is always the best part though.

    this is a truly fantastic hotel! the interior design is amazing, the desk staff are friendly but (as per other reviews) the manager less friendly. we were faced with a hefty and unexpected parking charge. the manager took the money from our card, reassuring us that he would watch the CCTV from our checking and if parking charge ambiguity existed he would then refund the money. then email us either way. the charge stands, no email received. you cannot email the property and the phone goes to a fax machine. this is kind of crazy! but otherwise its a wonderful hotel.

    I was charged for parking when i didn’t park in Their parking lot, I asked to speak to a manager and the rude girl at the front lied and said she’s the general manager when she’s Not. I’m very upset that they are fighting me I’ve $45 parking when i didn’t end up using their parking lot .

    Horrible Stay – Do Not Stay Here!I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown and it was a nightmare. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—flat and useless. But the worst part was the filthy sheets. I’ve attached photos, but there were obvious stains and dirt. It was disgusting, and I don’t think the sheets were even changed from the previous guest.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options in San Jose. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel.
