    Dirty and not up to par

    We went to check in after work to get some rest before going back was looking forward to bath after 12 hr shift. When I got checked in and settled went to the bathroom and there was hair in the tub and on the matt they have to put inside the tub. We didnt even have enough towels nor cleaner to clean the area. Which isnt our job after paying what we paid. $10 more we couldve rented a room w kitchen and clean rooms. The bed was terrible I ended up having back pain when I woke up in the morning.

    Check in was horrible. The lady upfront didn’t offer me the right information to rebook correctly from a night shift worker. She told me to call customer service to change my dates & that they would handle it. Never did she mention she was willing to cancel my stay & rebook me. So I paid a room for a whole night that I didn’t use & only came back to sleep 4hrs due to check out at 11am. After she took my deposit she suddenly said I would off changed it or canceled it so you can get refunded and rebook! Why be like that!! Super rude and unprofessional!     It’s 615 everybody has just gotten off of work and they literally don’t have anyone at the front desk to check you until 645.Literally no one at the front deskFor a giant hotel with over 100 roomsDoor is lockedAnd you can’t get checked into your roomDo they not consider that people have plans?What the heck is wrong with this place?????? so absolutely unprofessional GNI Fremont Business Manager, Owner at Good Nite Inn Fremont, responded to this review I understand how frustrating it is when you want to check in and are unable to.
