    Worst Ever. Never again

    This place is the worst place I've ever stayed at. The room was small. The furniture was old. The TV was the size of a small computer monitor. The paint was falling off bathroom door. Advertise free breakfast - doest exist.     Great customer service. Booking the wrong day and non-rf for it but they still help me to figure out my problem. Then i dont need to pay more for that.     A hidden gem

    I've had the pleasure of spending some time here on multiple occasions. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. One often overlooked quality in today's budget rooms is that these rooms actually have carpet! When on a long trip it's the little things that stand out. When I stay here for business, I typically have the same room for a week or two, and can appreciate their service policy of only cleaning twice a week. I don't need daily turnovers, but maybe thet could supply three days of towels instead of just two. Also, the El Pollo Loco next door is a great place for a hot meal. All things considered, the Granada is my go-to hideaway home away from home when one or two nights isn't enough.
