  This was new construction, we were happy with the rooms. Good fitness center and breakfast. They secure the hotel at night. Clean and comfortable

  Came for a trip that was 3 days and 2 nights. Supposed to be a newer hotel and I thought it would be nicer since the cost was slightly higher than the Hilton that's not too far away. Came with breakfast and the breakfast was really good. Waffles, eggs, cereals juices, coffee, bagels and nice and spacious eating area. Hotel had a pool and it was not too deep so I liked that. Gave towels and sold snacks for cash or card. Close to freeway and fast food. Not too far from main town and nearby towns. Some things made me not make it the best score (still good though) was that they only do housekeeping every other day so since we were only staying for two nights, we wouldn't get housekeeping. I haven't had that before but it was fine. The only issue was I used to be spoiled with a made bed and vacuumed floors. We had food to go so we took out as much trash as we could because the garbage was full. Also, there were no garbage liners/bags in the hotel room. I found that odd and not helpful. Beds were super firm and my kid loved it. I slept like princess and the pea, horribly. But other than that the hotel was nice and we would stay again. However, since the Hilton is not that far off in price, I would try the Hilton next time to see which one is better. I know that they are sister companies but I was expecting 5/5 for being the most expensive for the weekend. Customer service was nice but we didn't deal with them too much. Overall great experience.

  The staff was very friendly and attentive. And I mean all the staff from housekeeping to breakfast service to the front desk personnel.

  Lived up to the reviews! Easy check in, our basic king room was huge and had nice amenities. Breakfast had lots of options that kids would love. We stayed here to breakup our roadtrip with an infant and it was perfect. I highly recommend and would stay again.

  Staff has sticky fingers

  The stay started off for the most part normal. Weird thing is they have the doors lock and you have to be buzzed in. The room was nice and so was the breakfast. The problem started post check out. We were halfway home to Fresno, and I remembered I left my wedding rings in the restroom vanity. It hasn't been more then 2 hours since we had check out. I called the front desk so they could go up there and get them for us and we could drive back to Gilroy to pick them up. The young lady says the room hasn't been clean and they will go up there to check. She calls me back less then 10 mins that there are not there. I know I left them there. I check all my belongings and they weren't there. I then spoke to another gentlemen who says no one has gone in to that room since they won't be clean till the next day. I tell him well the rings didn't just walk up and leave. So either you haven't check or one of your employees pocket them. He said he would give me a call back if they found anything. No call received. My husband then calls later that afternoon and the lady at the front says the room will be clean that day and they will give him a call back. No call received. Just be careful when staying here. Don't forget your valuables like we did/ even though it's an expensive hotel the staff have sticky fingers. Or if your staying multiple nights don't leave anything valuable if there coming in to clean your room. Very disappointed in this hotel and its management.
