    Save yourself a headache

    I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Don’t be the last person to arrive for the night even if you have a CONFIRMED reservation, your room may have been given to someone else.Even if you speak to an employee 6 hours prior to your arrival and let them know you will not be arriving until 10:30PM and they assure you that’s no problem, your room may not be available.They will not call you to inform you of this situation before you arrive. They will inform you when you walk into the hotel that they have moved you to a SUB STANDARD hotel (that is not even a Hilton property) and then ask you to wait 30 minutes before they can drive you to this hotel.Buyer Beware

    This Hampton Inn delivered - spacious rooms, decent breakfast, excellent help at the desk (especially thank you, David), and a speedily running shuttle. I’m a Diamond and I don’t usually rave about airport hotels. But this one is worth staying at, even if you don’t have a flight to catch.

    We had to move hotels because Homewood Suites conditions were so bad. This redeemed our weekend experience with Hilton. They were super friendly, empathetic of our experience, rooms were clean and water was warm. We would definitely stay again.

    We stayed one night here due to their allowing larger dogs with a competitive fee of $75 (we have 2). We checked in at 4:45 and our room was not ready which seemed a bit odd but the young man at the front desk worked it all out for us and we only had to wait about 5 minutes. The parking lot in back and around dumpster is absolutely filthy. All of the landscaped areas have tons of trash, so it appears they may not have maintenance staff to keep grounds kept up. Breakfast was solid, nice array of choices as far as free breakfast goes. The room was clean, beds were very firm but sleep quality was fine.
